This ELIANE Villa Terme 18 in. x 18 in. Crema Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features a durable, abrasion-resistant quality suitable for heavy-duty floor applications in residential and commercial spaces, including kitchens, entrances and exhibition halls. The impervious nature of the tile makes it less susceptible to frost damage allowing exterior installation. The subtle veining and soft cream tones give the tile a look that resembles natural stone and serve to complement a variety of decorating styles for flexible design options.

- 18 in. long x 18 in. wide x 21/64 in. thick
- Glazed smooth finish with a low sheen and a slight variation in tone
- P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
- Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
- Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .50 wet is marginally skid resistant for indoor use and is recommended for standard residential applications
- Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
